**Features** (1) It is effective for the crushing treatment of solid materials, aggregates, and other "relatively brittle materials" after drying (up to an average of about 20μ). (Continuous operation is possible.) (2) All "crushing teeth and casing liners," which are subject to wear and tear during operation, are made of wear-resistant resin (polyamide-based), which can virtually prevent the contamination of materials with inorganic impurities. (The resin components are sufficiently durable, with a typical replacement frequency of every few months to a few years.) (3) Despite its compact size, it has a processing capacity of about 100 kg/hr at maximum. (4) The replacement of parts such as crushing teeth is easy. (5) By combining with a raw material hopper and automatic feeder, unmanned continuous operation is possible. (6) The material of the crushing teeth can be made from various ceramics in addition to resin.
